🔹 1. Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) Administration

  • Appointment and acceptance of role as IRP/RP
  • Taking control and custody of the corporate debtor’s assets and records
  • Managing operations of the corporate debtor as a going concern
  • Coordination with statutory authorities, NCLT, and creditors

🔹 2. Public Announcement & Claim Verification

  • Drafting and publishing Public Announcement (Form A) in newspapers and on IBBI/NCLT platforms
  • Collection and verification of claims from:
    • Financial Creditors (Form C)
    • Operational Creditors (Form B)
    • Employees and Workmen (Form D)
    • Authorized Representatives (Form CA)
  • Issuing claim admission/rejection letters

🔹 3. Formation & Management of Committee of Creditors (CoC)

  • Constitution of CoC based on verified claims
  • Convening CoC meetings as per IBC timelines
  • Drafting and circulating agenda, minutes, resolutions, and e-voting results
  • Advising CoC on eligibility, plan evaluation, and strategic decisions

🔹 4. Resolution Plan Facilitation & Evaluation

  • Preparation and issuance of Expression of Interest (EOI) invitations
  • Ensuring compliance of prospective resolution applicants with Section 29A
  • Setting up virtual data rooms and ensuring fair access to information
  • Evaluation and presentation of resolution plans to the CoC
  • Filing approved plans with NCLT for final orders

  • Filing of all required CIRP forms and reports:
    • CIRP-1 to CIRP-6

    • CIRP-8 (Voting Results)
  • Filing applications, replies, and reports with NCLT
