- Constitution of CoC based on verified claims
- Convening CoC meetings as per IBC timelines
- Drafting and circulating agenda, minutes, resolutions, and e-voting results
- Advising CoC on eligibility, plan evaluation, and strategic decisions

- Preparation and issuance of Expression of Interest (EOI) invitations
- Ensuring compliance of prospective resolution applicants with Section 29A
- Setting up virtual data rooms and ensuring fair access to information

- Filing approved plans with NCLT for final orders
